For your initial log-in your User Name will be your name as follows:
" firstlast " -- with no capital letters, no spaces, no punctuation.  It must be entered exactly as shown in our records.  Such as, if you register as William Rehder, you can't use billrehder.  Your initial password is MRA.

Once you have successfully logged in the first time, you can change your User Name and Password to whatever you prefer them to be.  If you have any problems, please call Julie or Linda at the Association Office at 800-388-0236.

If you need to recover your User Name or Password, there are links to do than automatically.  If you prefer to have live help, please call the Association Office at 800-388-0236.  We do not have direct access to your password, but we can reset it to the default for you.  Once you log in, you can then again change it to your preference.
